I've just read the qualifications and response to questions by Bucher, Willis & Ratliff for the City's requests for bids. Tuesday, Dec 7, interviews are public. Methinks the City is asking questions for companies to complete that are not a solution to getting East or West in our community. Where are the zoning centers for heavy trucking commerce in our city? Powers! Let City planners do their job, zoning persons to zone and truckers use truck routes - No! revised locations for trucks of intermediate size on weekdays or heavy trucks between 2100 and 0500 hours for primarily east-bound deliveries and west-bound between 0500 and 0630. Let me see. What was that rule again!!
