Our proposed changes to the CC&Rs are posted on our web site under Our Info/Newsletters/Previous Newsletters. There are two versions of the new CC&Rs. One shows the final draft, and the other shows what changes were made; words crossed out were deleted, and words underlined were added.
Our main goal was to remove superfluous and outdated wording and sections. Most of the changes were deleting language which pertained to the original builder. Some of the highlights include, deleting the requirement for the garage door to be shut; allowing 2 garage cans to be visible from the street; removal of holiday decorations within 30days after a holiday; we added a revised fee for when the HOA has to place a Lien on a house, we added a startup fee for residence who buy a home within the subdivision.
