Answers:

1. Trash can only be placed on the curb for pickup 24 hours before trash day, and containers must be removed 24 hours after pick up.

2. Trash bags must be placed into containers. Cardboard boxes are not acceptable.

3. Only drivable cars may sit in view of your neighbors. All others must be screened from view.

4. Trash containers must be placed out of view of neighbors when it is not trash day.

5. Recreational vehicles can be in the driveway two times within a 30-day period. Each time can only be for 48 hours.

6. Vehicles may never be parked on the sidewalk! Children, bikers and walkers are not safe on the sidewalk if you park there. Plus, they?’ll be forced to walk on your grass. And with children bicycling, there could always be scratches! So please, keep all vehicles off the curb.

Why should you care about your property? No one wants to drive by and see mattresses, junk containers and yard debris littering the neighborhood. When it?’s time to move, wouldn?’t you want top dollar for your investment? Each resident should take responsibility for the maintenance of his or her own home and it would be great to help assist neighbors who need it.
