The Northland Community Council was contacted by Creative Cities International, an organization dedicated to examining and promoting the role of culture in urban planning (www.creativecities.org).
They are currently working on a Vitality Index for 35 cities in the U.S. and Columbus is one of those cities. Please take ...the survey. The survey will close in 2 weeks, February 24.
