Town of Millis

Im very interested to find out which type of government the towns folk prefer? Town Manager or mayor.
Myself I feel the last thing this town needs is a mayor.We all know the job will go to the most popular guy,not the most adept.
A manager will hit the ground running which IMHO is what this town needs.
I think the time is right to implement this because of past candidates most homeowners will be more on the ball about who is hired.
Id like to hear other opinions.
