Mills Springs Homeowners Association

I live on the second retention pond on the left as you enter the neighborhood.  Across the pond from my house there is a nature preserve buffer and a wooden fence.  The person who lives across from me (in a different neighborhood) has cleared the area behind his hous and is constructing what looks like may become a dock.  ON OUR POND!!  I was going to talk with him but decided this is better handled by the neighbor managers and/or HOA.  I pay extra for the view of this pond and that view shouldn't include strangers across the pond.
