I am considering buying a house in Washington Heights. I really love the neighborhood. My issue lies with the zip code. 53208 is a high risk zip in terms of car insurance. Has the neighborhood association done any research into requesting it's own zip code? I'm not familiar with the specifics... or if it is at all possible.. I just wanted to get some INFO on the issue.
