For questions and complaints about the purchase or goods or services and lanlord-tenant issues call: Legal Aid: 623-9461 (income restrictions apply; priority will be given to tenants who have received written notice from their landlord and to tenants who are at risk of losing Section 8 benefits. Graffiti Removal

For graffiti removal If you are a property owner or resident, you can try washing off graffiti or painting it over yourself. If you don’t have access to paint, or the surface is a block or brick wall and you need assistance, call 792-CITY (792-2489) to report it.

As of November 10, 2008, the City of Tucson will no longer remove:
• graffiti from waste containers
• graffiti from alleys
• stickers on poles
• or respond to requests for neighborhood sweeps

Abandoned shopping carts are a nuisance. Here is how to get rid of them. Call AZ Cart Retrieval hotline. 800-843-2278. Leave a message of where they are and what store they belong to. They will be picked up.
