We all agreed that the Pond is our top priority for 2004
Review skimmers and other possible solutions for algae buildup
Walking track around pond to be decided upon after pond work complete
Dues set for 3/31/03, Debi will mail out

By-laws are available to those who need them
Importance of giving credit to those who have contributed
Architectural review committee needs to be established
Additional people need to volunteer
Welcome committee
Clean up days for spring and fall need to be established
Need an agenda for the year and agenda items for each week
Board elected and set in place for 2004
