Dues Update

Thanks to all the residents who have paid their dues on time. Unfortunately, we have residents who have been served three notices regarding their outstanding dues. They are listed below.

The dues were payable in June 2003 and are now 9 months overdue. The annual Association dues are not optional. This is in your deed and must be paid or legal action will be taken. The Board of Misty Vale Homeowners' Association all work on a volunteer basis and rather than having them spend their time trying to collect dues, we would rather see their time and talents being used to focus on more pertinent matters to the community.
