Improvement Committee News

We have a new volunteer for the improvement committee. Larry Loewe has joined us and will be a welcome addition to the group. Larry and Vicki have lived in the Mogollon Estates since 1999. He is well aware of the issues we are dealing with and is in the new construction business, so he will be an asset to the homeowners.

Below are some reminders for all the lot owners in the Mogollon Estates.
- Continue to keep your lot clean of dead and dying trees and brush. It is your responsibility to keep an eye on your property?…not the HOA?’s.
- If we do not get a good snowfall, you may want to water the trees you want to save from beetle infestation, even during the winter.
- Contact the improvement committee prior to building on your lot. We have construction guidelines to follow and can help you before it is an issue.
- While using off road vehicles in the forest service, stay on designated roads.
