We moved into 1525 Templeton place without the home being broom swept clean, without updated paint, mold, unfinished repairs, and mouse infestation.  We stayed there for 22 months.  The landlord was less than understanding. When we began the lease he stated he would complete repairs timely, and he did not keep his word. There was mold in the master bathroom, loose tiles, the front family room windows were painted shut, the roof leaked into the master bedroom several times, also water leaks into the main level bathroom. I have never seen so many millipedes, mice, and silver fish in my life.  His only contribution was $100 to the mouse infestation concerns.  He felt mice were not his concern.  He had no problem expressing to me, an on time paying tenant, whom took immaculate care of his poorly cared for rental.  He had no problem telling me he had lawyers.  Luckily, I gained support from Rockville Landlord tenant court and was released from the property early.  The bright side was the location.  Most neighbors have dogs and bike or walk regularly.  The back of the property did face the golf course, so you could see golf activity and deer regularly.  Could have been a nice property if well maintained.
