Why do the neighborhoods suffer in this area of town? I would love to hear some comments?

A couple of reasons

Many attributes pay into why the neighborhoods suffer in this end of town.
The lack of funds, support, and citzenship are a few of them.

I think we are over looked. Just a few blocks away there are lots of things going on. Drugs, murders, break ins,etc. The neighborhoods that have all these problems seem to get more help not only with police but also the up keep of the area .

Seems we're in the wrong end of town. The east end always has and always will get the attention it needs. Sooo sad.
