CC & R Amendment Vote. Ballots are out regarding a proposed amendment to the rental section of our CC & Rs. Current owners will not be impacted, but the future makeup of our community is involved. Please be part of shaping our future. Regardless of how you vote, please vote.

Landscaping. The revision of our three exterior water features is complete. Apex Landscape has done a great job in converting our two entry features into planters while remodeling the Ocotillo-Jacaranda water feature to be a more visible and compelling water feature. Over time, having only one exterior water feature will generate significant savings in annual maintenance costs.

Swimming Pool/Spa. We have complied with a new federal law by changing the drains in our swimming pool and spa. The spa drain changes generated continuing problems with the spa heating unit that our vendor is seeking to resolve.

The pool gates need to be closed and locked at all times. Do not prop a gate open for any reason. Also, if you observe any unusual or inappropriate behavior at the pool this swim season, please be sure to report it to Tennille of Premier Community Management at 480-704-2900.
