NEW LANDSCAPER

TRU GREEN TO TAKE OVER LANDSCAPING

Effective March 31, 2007 Bug Away Lawn & Ornamental Services will no longer be under contract to do our landscaping. Beginning April 1, 2007 the new company will be Tru Green.

NEIGHBORHOOD BURGLARY

According to Palm Beach Sheriff's Department Officer Flynn, the home on Lot #41 was broken into during the day on Thursday, March 29th. Many valuable and personal items were stolen. This is the second burglary in the neighborhood in the last few months. According to Officer Flynn the home on lot 40 was also broken into a few months ago. Officer Flynn came to the HOA meeting on 3/29 because he noted the sign at the gate while he was in the neighborhood investigating the break in. He advised us to take notice of any strange vehicles in the neighborhood. He suggested taking down the make/model and the license plate number and observing the driver and taking down a description. He warned NOT TO CONFRONT ANYONE, as a professional burglar may be dangerous. The Monterey Estates HOA is looking to form a security committee. If you are interested please notify a Board Member.
