I wish to take a moment to comment on the increased amount of cats in the neighborhood without collars. If you are catering to a stray and do not wish to make these kitties your own and be responsible for them then I am left no choice but to collect only the ones that come on to my property and use it as a litter box to take them and hand them over to animal control. This only comes after repeated efforts to keep them out of my yard. Everyone I have spoken too lays no claims on them so in essence they belong to no one. They are strays..there are mornings where the smell and flies are sooo bad we can't even open our windows to enjoy the breeze or an even with our families due to this issue. I know how the Cats got here and the previous owners ended up moving and leaving us with a problem. I am not alone in this regard.
