Living in a community such as ours means that there are policies that must be followed to protect the interests and rights of all homeowners. We must protect our environment and the appearance of our common areas. This is necessary not only to maintain the quality of life here in Hearthstone Manor, but also to maintain and increase our property values.

New Rules

They look like the same old rules to me. I am sure you have a plan to enforce these rules even through most of them have been ignored or selectively enforced for years. I would assume you will site the most flagrant violators and try to make it stick in order to re-establish some creditability and consistency for enforcing the ?“New?” rules. It will be real interesting to see how it will work. Good luck!

Those ''new rules'' came from the old rules that were dated 1/9/1989, plus parts of the Use Restrictions of the new Declaration together with a few of the Resolutions of the Board over the years. At least one long standing unwritten Association rule was reduced to writing and another rule was added because it was needed in the worst way. These rules may demand some personal responsibility but, at the same time, they allow homeowners individual freedom.
