ASSISTANCE

If you need assistance in taking care of a CC&R violation we would be happy to contact Neighborhood Volunteers who might lend a helping hand. Or, we might be able to refer you to someone who might be able to assist you.

If you need more time to remedy the problem and wish to discuss a reasonable action plan, please do not hesitate to contact any member of the Architectural Control Committee or Homeowners Association Board.

As you know, the Homeowners Association is here to look out for and protect the best interests of the entire neighborhood.

The Homeowners Association Board is tasked by the Homeowners Association Bylaws with the enforcement of the CC&R's. Rest assured, the goal of the Homeowners Association Board is to work hard to ensure that our beautiful mountainside community continues to be a safe, private and valuable place to live.
