I was searching for condos in the area and came across the townhouses being built in Hickory Hills. I noticed that they are marketing OUR swimming pool to the prospects for the townhouses. Does anyone know if the pool is going to be shared with them? In my opinion the pool is already overcrowed!

Townhome pool seperate

I'm pretty confident they will have their own pool. You might check older posts on this website, but I think someone on the HOA board stated they are to have their own pool.

Townhomes / New Homes

If you will also notice, down Georgetown Dr and up the hill they are building a number of new homes. There is a neighborhood sign with a name that escapes me, eluding that this is a separate subdivision, but they advertise in their brochure the pools, pond, etc. It is my assumption that both the townhouses and new homes will be added to our already crowded accomodations.

Townhomes are separate

The townhomes are a separate entity, and will have their own amenities. We are planning on putting a much higher fence on the adult pool after this pool season to enforce that fact. I would also like to look into changing our name, so no one will associate us with the townhomes, or other ''wannabes.'' What do you think about that? I need feedback!
