We held the annual CPOA meeting Oct 12 and we did not have enough home owners to conduct official business. I know several people in the neighborhood did not want to attend due to neighbors not getting along. For the first time the meeting was a friendly event. Several board members have either resigned or have expired terms. We need everyone to attend the next meeting so we can conduct business and elect new board members and have a fresh start.

Use Proxies

Take the approach of Willoughby Station and circulate proxies to all the homeowners and have them sent to the board or the management association. Usually that will give you enough for a quorum.
