Regulations to reduce the west side yard setbacks from the required 10 ft. to 4 ft. to allow for a 2nd story and garage expansion to a single family residence. Zoned R-3.

4. V-04-386-3627 Paces Valley Road. BZA on February 4, 2005, at 1:00 P.M.
Applicant Bonner Custom Homes (Philip Stapleton & Michael Standridge) for property owner Barry & Carol Teague seeks a variance from zoning regulations to exceed the allowable 20 ft. in height for an accessory structure. Zoned R-2.

5. Z-04-133-Ordinance 04-O-1352- an Ordinance to amend the Atlanta Zoning
Ordinance-by amending the wording of all permits for religious worship facilities to include the word “mosques,” and for other purposes. ZRB on 2/3 or 10/05.

6. Z-04-141-Ordinance 04-O-2089-An Ordinance to repeal code section 16-28.024 of The City of Atlanta Zoning Code of Ordinances titled “Package Stores-Locational requirements:, and for other purposes. ZRB on 2/3 or 10/05.

Z-04-119- An Ordinance by Mary Norwood to create a new zoning Classification-R-2b-approved by ZRB.

Z-04-01-4090 Paces Ferry Road (a.k.a. 2035 Garraux Road) to rezone from
R-1 to PDH-deferred for 90 days until the March, 2005, ZRB.

U-04-17 & U-04-21/U-93-22-966 West Paces Ferry Road-Pace Academy-Denied.
