Dear Mountain Vista Homeowner:
The Mountain Vista Board of Directors is a newly formed board. As with any new organization there are expected changes during the startup phase. After reviewing comments from homeowners and talking with the property manager, the Board has decided to adopt a non-compliance process that is less complicated and more efficient than the one previously stated in the May newsletter.
Procedure for non-compliance issues:
?· The homeowner will be notified in writing of the specific violation.
?· The notification letter will state a time frame within which the owner will be expected to correct the violation.
* Most violations that can easily be corrected will be given 10 days from the date of the letter to comply.
* Violations dealing with the installation of landscaping, correction of inappropriate landscaping and the like, will be given sufficient time to correct this type violation.
?· Failure to correct the violation within the allotted time will result in a $10 per day fine until the owner is in compliance.
The rules and the process for non-compliance will be in place as of the date of this letter. Contact Evelyn Kehl if you have questions concerning possible non-compliance issues on your property. Notification of Covenant violations will be mailed to owners of record as soon as possible. If you are already in the process of rectifying a non-compliance issue, call Evelyn at 392-9657 to discuss a completion date.
Please show your support and respect for the Mountain Vista Community by complying with all H.O.A. Covenants and City Ordinances.
