* Code Violations- a copy of Gwinnette County Compliance Codes were recently placed placed in everone's mailboxwith the last newsletter.
*A "Random Neighborhood Sweep" was recently conducted in Mountainbrooke subdivision.
*It is the each homeowner and/or renters responsibility to do everthing possible to keep up the appearance of thier yards and homes in the neighborhood to protect property values and overall neighborhood appearance.
*To be more aware of the violations and addtional information on the codes, please go to Gwinnette County Planning and Development website and follow the links, or follow the links from our neighborhood home page.
*In order to keep our neighborhood clean, neat and safe, it is in the best interest of everyone to report any code violations that we are aware of to the county if we are unable to accomplish a reasonable result through Polite Neighborly Discussion.
