I find it interesting that the FDCPA points out the following (below)but does not refer to a good standings list. At any rate I am sure there will be many questions at the next VHOA meeting. I too want to respect the privacy of every homeowner in VHOA. At the same time a balance in exercising the demands of the covenant.
(3) The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly refuse to pay debts, except to a consumer reporting agency or to persons meeting the requirements of section 603(f) or 604(3)1 of this Act.
