Murphy's Landing HOA

In todays Star an article indicates a meeting will be held this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Rosa Parks Elementary school 7525 Wellingshire Blvd. The plans and specs for the conversion of State Rd. 37 into I-69 will be presented and Questions will be allowed. Also my information about the apartments going in on Southport Road are not anything but high rent apartments. If anonymous has any information to the contrary I would like to hear it. Anonymously of course.

Apartments

I found out that the same fellow thats is developing the Southern Dunes sold the property to the group putting in the apartments and part of the contract requires luxery apartments. It is not in his interest to put in subsidized housing as it would impact his development of Southern Dunes. He confirmed that there has been no change in the nature of the development of the apartments. Regarding the I-69 conversion of State Road 37 it now appears that an interchange will be put in at Southport Road. They are unwilling to tell us if the road way will be like it is on the north side of the county.
