I recommend M. Pasha doing business as technologygeek.  I called him yesterday afternoon and set up an 11:00 AM appointment  for this morning.  He arrived on time and cleaned up my desk top and everything is working great and faster than ever.  I just sat beside him and watched him work while carrying on a conversation with him.  It is so different having someone come to your home and did not cost me an arm and a leg either, only $50.00.  He also told me that if I had any kind of questions about computers to give him a call as a lot of problems we all face can be fixed by talking over the phone.

We had Pasha come out when we got our first laptop and he set up a wireless network for us.  Also worked on our desktop (which, like yours was running really slow).  What I liked about that vs. just dropping it off someplace, is that he was really good about answering questions and of course I watched because I was curious, and he would explain what he was doing.  

Poor guy, though...I bet he can't go out for dinner without somebody asking a computer question!

We all share stories of horrible service at different places, and I think it's important to share the great stories as well.  I think you'll find most people have had similar experiences with him.  :)
