Due to the slump in the housing market, it doesn't appear that RBR will be fully developed anytime soon. My guess is at least 5 years, and perhaps as many as 10 years before all lots are developed and homes build.
Therefore, I would like to suggest that we as homeowners petition for a community pool and activity center, to benefit the homeowners, and provide an outlet for the ever increasing number of children that are moving into the neighborhood.
Based on current home sales, there's a greater chance of having a community pool, than the developer selling the remaining lots.
Any thoughts?
