I see empty homes.. I hope to get the kind of neighbors that want to keep their home looking nice.. not noisy people who have parties at all hours and drink til they drop in front yards...like some. I hope for nice neighbors
I am concerned with squatters taking residence in the empty homes. esp. crack heads.. so neighbors please look for people living in the empty homes when they are not suppose to be.
call police if you see anything suspicious..
i mow the prop across my street so it looks lived in , at the very least taken care of... to discourage squatters.
squatters are looking for abandoned homes that look like no one cares to visit.
the next concern after squatters is crime -break ins , usually to homes nearest the squatters... so this is a concern. take it seriously...
