Remove Gov. Carcieri's staff

After watching the fiasco of Gov. Carcieri's staff trying to figure out who was in charge, how about Governor Carcieri laying off his confused, uninformed advisors who allowed Providence school transportation and highway travel to end up a complete mess on Thursday 12/13? By the way, why was Lt.Governor Elizabeth Roberts not allowed to be placed in command of state public safety or to call a state of emergency? Was it political division or did did the Governor's advisors not know how to follow procedure?
