VISION
We are an organization of progressive women of African descent whose voice and force for gender equity and socio-economic advancement drives meaningful change to empower women in our community.
MISSION
NCBW advocates on behalf of women of color through local and national actions and strategic alliances that promote its local, national and international agendas on leadership development and on gender equity in health, education and economic development.
