San Antonio Planning Dept has drafted a revised Unified Development Code (UDC)and is up for comments. You can view it here at NICON's web site by clicking on the Link to SA Planning Dept. If you don't already have installed Acrobat Reader, you can download the free Acrobat Reader program to view it. It's a monster document weighing in at 700 + pages.

Where to Get a NICON Companion Commentary on UDC issues

The UDC for good or ill is SA's rule book for development. If it is fuzzy in some areas then for sure those areas can and will come back to haunt all of us by "well meaning" developers playing by fuzzy rules".
