For Windows Users:

Netscape 3.X :

1) In the Options menu, click General Preferences.
2) Click the Appearance tab.
3) In the Startup section, select Home Page Location.
4) In the text box immediately below Home Page Location, type or copy-and-paste our URL.
5) Click OK.

Then add our Neighborhood Web site to your Bookmarks list:
1) Return to the Neighborhood Homepage.
2) In the Bookmarks menu, click Add Bookmark.

Netscape 4.X Communicator Users/Windows:
1) In the Edit menu, click Preferences.
2) When the Preferences box opens, click on Navigator and then in the Home Page address space type or copy-and-paste our URL.
3) Click OK.
4) Return to the Neighborhood Homepage.
5) In the Bookmarks menu, click Add Bookmark.


For Mac Users:

Netscape:
1) In the Edit toolbar menu, click Preferences.
2) Click the Navigator tab.

Internet Explorer Users 5.X
1) On the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
2) Under the General tab, highlight the text in the Address box.
