Its done pal, next time answer your door when I knock. This is a non issue with me at this point, as I have family medical problems back in California.

Instead of pisses and moaning about these situations, maybe you should take a moment to ask if I may need some help, since you took the time to pull over and tell me what you had to say.

Maybe you all should cruse the neighborhood at night fall to see the section 8 urinating in the streets.

Thats all I have, next time answer your doors in you have a complaint about me!!!!!!!!

John (?)- i'm glad you are making use of the neighborhood website. to my memory this is the second time. if i remember correctly, your first post was to complain about neighbors making noise late at night. to that end, as chair of the neighborhood association at that time, i drafted and dropped off a letter explaining the noise ordinance to your neighbors. i believe it had some positive results. you still have the opportunity to thank me for my time and efforts. altho, i believe that the first thing that good neighbors do is get to know their neighbors. i greeted you and your family to the neighborhood as i walked past your house a few months ago. for your information, i did help several neighbors, the prior weekend during clean up after the storm. of course there was a limit to the amount of time i had, as i had two trees to clear out that fell in my yard. I'm taking medication to reduce the inflammation in my elbow as a result. i did notice that your pile of branches sat across the sidewalk until the day i stopped, saturday? (over a week after the storm) to suggest that "you're taking your chances leaving your branches in the street instead of taking them to the alley, we have alley pick up here, not street" the alternative would then be to haul the trash to the landfill yourself. altho, i often haul things to the landfill, it generally is much easier to let the city take care of it. bulk trash is generally the first week of the month, and per city regulations, should not be placed in the alley by residents more than one week before pick-up. a little guess work is required on that one. all of this information is available on the city website, some of it on the neighborhood website, and notifications of city policies about recycling and trash that are included in the water bill about twice a year, or as may be in your case; should have been given to you by your landlord when you moved in, as required by city law. the neighborhood association does not have ccr's. perhaps the simplest thing to do is to mimic your neighbors, afterall, looking up and down the block, i didnt notice any branches on either side of the street across the sidewalk or even on the street, or any street a week after the storm. or you could have left the branches in your yard for a week, as opposed to across the sidewalk. as far as urinating in the streets, or other illegal activities; if you observe it, i suggest you call the non-emergency police number. 480-966-6211 (verify that) i hope everyone in this neighborhood is vigilant and actively working to reduce crime and illegal activities. there have been some severe incidences in the past, and even recently, that you may not be aware of, and none of us want any repeats. i dont remember having never answered my door. but if i dont hear it, or am in the backyard, or something like that, I probably wont answer it. this isnt Stepford or Amityville. there is a level of commitment and involvement in the neighborhood for each of us to find. the goal is to have a safe environment, enjoy life and have appreciating property values. I have a very long list of to-do's. i'm sure you do to. the city laws, which are a good place to start, are a minimum. you have my sympathy for your family health issues. i hope they have a speedy recovery. - Mark
