Northwest Dallas Improvement League

I have (unofficially) invited Sgt. Cornish of the Northwest Division to attend (speak?) to the Northwest Dallas Improvement League meetin Spet. 20, 2005. If she is able to attend, I hope the property owners will listen to her presentation regarding her work with juveniles to clean-up graffiti. Property owners should cooperate with Dallas City clean-up efforts. Putting pressure on these teenagers is a good way to stop the problem. The kids actually enjoy the work. We must work together to resolve this issue. We should be working with the schools themselves, but Sgt. Cornish is our best communication link available. As the intiation rites increase, so does the expense to property owners. Please become active participants in addressing the problems caused by 'North Dallas Vargos' gang members. You may contact the sergeant thru the City of Dallas (#311) to report graffiti. Let's listen to Sgt. Cornish discuss her work with these young people.
