We have lived in this neighborhood for 19 years and love it. We did have one incident of garage theft in the first few years and one vandalism of Christmas decorations about 6 years ago, nothing bad since. The nieghbors we know are really nice people with great kids. The Safeway moved to north of Happy Valley Rd and is not in our neighborhood but is still close. The area had grown a lot since we moved here but is still a great place to live. There are many areas nearby for shopping, playing and entertainment.
