North Cliff Neighborhood Association

It's time for 2001 dues drive

Jun 22, 2002

As we head into fall, residents are encouraged to mail in their association dues. The money received from dues pays for the newsletter, operations and beautification projects. The North Cliff Neighborhood Association (NCNA) has annual dues of $10 per household. Members who are able to give more are encouraged to do so to offset households that are unable to contribute.

While all those who reside or own property within the area are members, dues-paying members are granted ?“active?” member status and allowed to vote on neighborhood business. To those of you who have already joined this year, thank you!

In previous years, dues drive revenue paid for the coloring and brick-stamping of the sidewalk ramps along Brooklyn Avenue. We hope to continue this pattern along Ravinia and 12th streets, which are currently being paved. The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League has awarded us a grant to help with some of the costs but we must raise the rest.

Please clip and mail in the form below with your check. Those received will be entered into a drawing for a Home Depot gift certificate.
