Dallas has code ordinances we must live by

New to the neighborhood? Here?’s a brief rundown of a few of the code ordinances in Dallas and the North Cliff Conservation District, of which you are now a resident.

Litter: The homeowner or tenant is responsible for maintaining the area between the curb in front of the house to the middle of the alley. Please take it a step farther, however, and pick up any street trash found in front of your house and if you live on the corner, the side street as well. Let?’s be litter free.

Parking on improved surfaces: North Cliff Conservation District stipulates an improved parking surface is concrete, brick or brick pavers. New gravel driveways are not acceptable.

Brush and bulky waste: Place on parkway the first Thursday of the month for monthly pick ups. If you place your waste out sooner than the first Thursday, you will receive a notice from the city.
