What exactly is bad-mouthing about asking people to be wise about our choices.  I have volunteered and worked hard doing a lot of things to make our property better.  Because someone chooses to be a dictator does not mean they are the only one who has a love for the property, or a desire for the property to be better.  This is a pretty short-sided view.  This again is what makes me ask people to be smart about their votes.

Absolutely!  If everyone was as worried about themselves instead of trying to tyrant their neighbors, we would have a great property. 

There are a lot of great people here who have the power to make good decisions, and the ability to run the property.  We have lots of neighbors that are business people with great knowledge and abilities. 

It is really easy to blame the problems on lots of people in the past, but the truth is none of that matters.  What we were promised when we bought our homes doesn't matter.  What matters is what happens tomorrow --- and the day after!

The bad mouthing I was referring to was your reference to residents who are simply trying to make things better as 'tyrants', dictators, etc.  Who and what exactly are you talking about, anyway?  I would think anything would be better than the status quo.  Can't you see the residents who have stepped up and made an effort to improve things really do have everyone's best interest at heart?  It's not some kind of supremacy contest, merely concerned homeowners who want the community restored to its original concept. 

I agree people should be wise about choices.  I hope all this mess can be straightened out and we can become a cohesive, liveable community once again.
