At its September 23 meeting (before the October, 2000 merger of North Dodge N.A. and Dodge/Flower N.A.), North Dodge polled its neighbors to find out how many of them considered the following items to be problems in their neighborhood:
Speeding: 31
Lighting - streets too dark; invitation to crime: 27
Need for sidewalks: 22
