Barker Bridge Under Repair - No Access for Next 2 years.

Barker Bridge Out - Spokane Valley Planning Scope is to Narrow.

Spokane Valley Planning has yet to mention in a Public Hearing for Land Use that the Barker Bridge is out for the next two years. WE have limited access to this area since we must come over the Freeway overpass on Flora or Barker and the only other access was over the River. Traffic is coming from Liberty Lake cuting through our neighborhood to access Kohls, Lowe's, Walmart, or to avoid the freeway. This is a serious problem since Sullivan Road is essentially a failed intersection waiting for the City to make this declaration. Neighbors need to Contact our City Council to apprise them of this oversight. The scope of Planning in review of projects is too narrow.
