Any association homeowner wishing to launch their boat using the HOA boat ramp, simply needs to call me for the combination. PLEASE do not lose the lock (or cut it off) because then we have to distribute a new combination for the new lock. Use of the boat ramp is included in a homeowner's annual assessment. Ski Club members on the south side of the lake are also allowed to use the ramp. They have signed an agreement and they pay us an annual fee.
