The HOA Board of Directors urge everyone to vote 'NO' on 2A and 2B and ask all of your friends and neighbors to do the same. Voting 'NO' will allow the revitalization to take place which will be a huge improvement for south Westminster. Voting 'yes' stops the revitalization in its tracks.
