Within the past 30 days I have experienced water so brown, clothes were ruined in the washing machine :-( I came home today to find the water darker than EVER before. I realize the City of Wilmington are our water providers but they very rarily answer the phone? Does anyone have good advice for this concern? My guess is that many of you or all of you are experiencing the same thing?
I have yet to be alerted or warned that we will experience this inconvenience by the City of Wilmington.
