The blue North Hills community signs were installed by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) as navigational aids. The signs feature a silhouette of the equestrian statue of Caesar Rodney that's in Rodney Square, Wilmington. North Hills does not own these signs and can't change them. Residents are welcome to post "no soliticitations" signs on their own homes. |
