To improve the area's commercial corridors and thereby increases their ability to attract and retain businesses and consumer traffic.
To improve the condition and appearance of major roadways and to increase the amount of greenery/foliage on these roadways.
To increase the amount of recreational park areas for residents and visitors.
To assist small business viability in the NoHo Arts District.
