Projects

Chandler Boulevard will undergo beautification through Murals, the restoration of a Historic Railroad Station, and the construction of a Bike Path.
Whitnall Highway area homeowners will benefit from Housing Rehabilitation Grants of up to $20 thousand each. Area residents will enjoy a new Dog Park.
Burbank Boulevard within the North Hollywood TNI will undergo streetscape improvements (sidewalk and street beautification) as will as the installation of new landscaping.
NoHo Arts District, home to many small theaters, recording studios, and coffee houses will benefit from small business assistance.
North Hollywood Park/Roller Hockey Rink is a new facility slated for completion in late 2000. This is a joint venture between TNI, the YMCA, and Proposition K. The TNI dollars will fund a portion of the design and construction for the parking lot.
West Toluca Lake Neighborhood will see improvements in their road medians which will receive new landscaping.
