Why isn't Metro Louisville widening Bluegrass Ave from Taylor Blvd to Manslick Rd.? It is a city street and also a ambulance run for SS Mary & Eliz. hospital. It is the only way an ambulance can get to the emergency room. Instead of 2 lanes it should be 3 lanes wide. It is a traffic accident waiting to happen.
