North Lagoon Heights - Phase II

we recently purchased a home in north lagoon height phase II We have asked for deed restriction and rules of hoa association of what we can and can't do to no avail. will someone give us these or tell us where we need to go to get them ourselves.different neighbor have told us different things.

Welcome to the neighborhood, you should have recieved one before or during closing, you can come to my house or I'll drop it off to you to so you can go through it and  make a copy of what you need.

thank you Nancy i would appreciate that we never received any during or at the end of closing I will look forward to getting those  We are at 234 scooter drive We aren't usually home until after 3pm. each day except for weekends so i will see about it sometime this week.
