THERE ARE SOME STRIP AREAS OF THE WOODLANDS THAT ARE NOT MOWED BY THE MOWING CREW WITH AT LEAST TWO OF THESE GROUNDS ON WINDYPINE DR. I HAVE HEARD THAT, BECAUSE THESE AREAS ARE PRIVATELY OWNED, THEY WILL NOT BE KEPT UP. AS THESE ARE RELATIVELY SMALL AREAS, I THINK THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION SHOULD NOTIFY THE OWNERS AND REQUEST THAT THEY BE ADDED TO THE MOWING AREAS. AS THEY ARE NOT VERY BIG AREAS, I DO NOT THINK IT WOULD COST THAT MUCH FOR THIS TO BE DONE. THESE SHODDY LOOKING AREAS, TOGETHER WITH THE TRASH SPOKEN OF IN A MESSAGE POSTED EARLIER, ONLY MAKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD LOOK BAD AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE "TRANSITION" APPEARING NATURE OF THE WOODLANDS BETWEEN THE NOLINSVILLE ROAD AND THE NIPPERS CORNER AREAS.

Grass Removal

I certainly agree that the vacant lots should be maintained; ie, grass cut and debris removed. I would think that the Owners of these lots should be held responsible and that the Association should effect this Action.
