Thanks for your reply. Ghertner has sent one letter to the homeowner who has ignored it; I spoke with Joy last week who said she would take it to the board about the next step. In the meantime, you are correct: they are painters, and use the garage as a work preparation area; the trailer is there every night, and obviously is for work use; and we honestly can't tell how many people are living there, because so many cars are there all the time. I hope the board can direct the homeowner to pressure the tennants to comply with the CC&Rs.

problem

This problem is, I think, part of the problem with the Woodlands. Pretty soon there will be a feeling that this area is a good one for rental property rather than home ownership. The mindset appears to be that this a subdivision to live for a short time and then to move on. At the risk of upsetting people, I think the Board needs to enforce the codes of the neighborhood but trying to enforce codes might not work because I have the feeling that most of the home owners do not see the potential of this area with the wooded grounds etc and are content to let the nolinsville road feel creep into this subivision.

Owners of rental property

One of the rental homes is at 5389 Windypine Drive. The owner is Chad C. Baker, who lives at 488 Pickle Road, Shelbyville, TN. 37160.

Another piece of rental property is 1409 Cedarway Drive. The owner is Pateicia Fooshee-Hodges. She well may live at 5520 Deer Way Drive, Nashville, TN 37211.

Thanks, Catbert, for the info. I believe the owners of 1409 Cedarway must have gotten the second letter from Joy at Ghertner, because I have seen improvement. They have not been parking on the grass lately and the utility trailer has not been seen for a week or so. I would like the place of employment for the owner if possible, for future use.
